I've been searching for the ann and here it is;

Cliff Head Project
The Cliff Head joint venture (VOY 6.0%) will have a milestone meeting on 25 February. Voyager expects the final go ahead to be given to the Cliff Head project at this meeting leading to first oil by around the end of the year.
Although costs of the project have increased, Voyager expects to fund its share of development costs from existing cash reserves and production income, supplemented by debt.......

I've been sitting on side thinking the FID might be delayed and SP would go south as a result.... Looking at AWE today & VOY, now I'm not so sure. Hate to take a position and go backwards straightaway.
