    Finally, transaction risk being priced into the ordinaries.

    Since the announcement, there is NO valid reason why BBI has been trading at a premium, and BEPPA at a discount.

    Those hoping (read: wishing) for an improved offer, bear in mind that it would have to dramatically improve BEPPA too.
