It could be or some other of the big four - the share registry is very open - but note the position of the note holders - that is where effective equity is situated - will they stand still in the event of a hostile take-over which does not preserve their position?

Hmmm I still have hold and wait - as there is little else one can do as a minor shareholder and minor note holder.
