I suspect that the reason for the small amounts of monthly/quarterly production may be related to dilution of high grade ore found in veins. This issue has been ongoing for ten years, since the mine reopened. It has been saved by extremely hi prices.
It would be reasonable to assume that the market would re-rate CTO to a small time gold producer until/or if it can prove otherwise.
