You are just stating (and restating) the obvious.
We can all see for ourselves (thank you very much) from the current share price that CTO lacks credibility .. otherwise if CTO's planned production targets ,just announced in the March quarterly were widely believed , the share price would probably be $1 plus... maybe even $2 plus?
the risk averse or untrusting should take heed of CTO's lack of credibility and stay on the sidelines or well clear - something you yourself could do too.
