CXY got shafted and may struggle to recover lost ground. Cougar has been tainted and has a stigma attached that may deter substantial new backers and Cougar may struggle to recover from court actions.

Imo, 'NO' big players will be shut down...multi billion dollar investment backing and multi billion dollar plans will not be jeoperdised...no matter what
