Dividend
Since February 2020 the Company’s share price has risen by 170%.
The Directors have formed the view that capital is best retained within the business to complete
the substantial expansion program which will lay the foundation for an annualised increase of
up to 3 times the flight hours by the end of FY2022.
As a result, the Board has decided not to declare a final dividend for the year ending 30 June
2021. This will be revisited at the end of the first half of FY2022.
