ON 26th March there is a general meeting to go ahead with the Enviro Capital Mandate..this will be passed as the major holders will accept and i will too with much research and consideration..

I would expect to see some news fairly soon after that and this is exactly what happened with Virotec..I would expect a name change for the company to reflect the direction they are going and from there its a Virotec..Same with AOP..research the directors and holders and Virotec..

I understand most of you gutys have never heard of Virotec(VTI)..its now listed on AIM but when it was NOM,then more importantly TNA then VTI it went from 2 cents to $1.60..

WAG and AOP have done exactly the same restructuring,they have had their capital consolidation so from here IMO its a Virotec special..
