Those who have been following APG are aware that as a result of previous announcements and quarterly reports it is strongly speculated and anticipated that BHP will come onto the register at a premium at the end of the BHP/APG program which is now complete.

This basically suggests that the timeframe for this is very short.

Some of the investors I have been speaking to are of the view that if BHP take a position on the APG register the fact that it is BHP shows confidence in APG and as a result the sp should double and run between 15 and 20 cents.

Are they right!
