good observation. that person is also worried his/her holding getting sold at a much lower price such as 30c so blocking 32c he can pressure small players to sell at 28c or lower. $3.6m trade is the smallest trade since 16th of oct that indicates people aren't willing to let go cheaper than that. I have been observing a lot of trades usually small volume soon you will see the SP shoot up.
