Downer has done well. Dow escaped the big MS crash and never went under 4.00. Now at 4.54. Mkt has plenty confidence. I would prefer a bigger order book but otherwise looks ok. Just shows that mkt can discriminate... at least to some extent. Many MS stks more than halved and not all are bouncing back. Buyers/traders need to be uber stk specific.
