The coal Companies in china has been facing severe competition from the importing of non Chinese coal, both cocking and high kcal thermal coal because the importing coal price is lower, some of them is high kcal and low S.

Chinese goverment is also welcome of the importing of coal rather than develop its own coal.

Several Chinese coal groups had set up bridgehead in some countries , Mongolia , Australia and Russia.

IMO, the key reason of doing coal portfolio in Mongolia is because of China and NRu has done a right move and decision .

Do the right thing in a right place with right person at a right time.

Coal is the one china must have not only its iron steel factories but also it's thermal power plants, and so forth.

As for shangan, we need the coal to be washed to average ash content at least, so NRu can provide markets for high kcal, low S,(very important), low moisture, average or low ash content high black quality coal....
