we might see an announcement in january or february. data room opens next week and would run for a couple of months i think. then when its closed, all the bids will be evaluated and i guess negotiations and paperwork of some kind.
but they probably have preferred partners in mind so may strike a deal earlier. i'd be pleasantly surprised if a deal is finalised this year.
