Great call Mike. A corporate transaction? Sounds like a takeover to me. Most probably unsolicited. If it is, they've done a fantastic job of keeping it under there hat. I bought in last week on the back of two weeks worth of higher highs. Hopefully impeccable timing. A bit of consolidation going on with ehl receiving an offer also.
