Sage advice from a tooth fairy...get a referral to a maxofilial Facial Surgeon/Implantologist. No need to go"under" will take about 15 mins in and out of surgery...no pain. They know their stuff...it is like the first thing they ever learn...junior school. They will be so nice to you as they figure you may spend on an implant...I just had one done and was in chair for 13 minutes...sweet!
