Look at TAS the "mother" stock for EDE. Their record is to farm out and give existing shareholders the oportunity to invest and at the same time retaining a percentage that also allows existing shareholders a continuing investment in the spun off company. In my opinion TAS and EDE do consider the interests of existing shareholders in their financial actions regarding the capital structure of the companies where practical, more than most ASX companies.
