The truck depot was considering using UHPC, but went with Edencrete added to standard concrete because it could do the job at far lower cost. The DOT will follow for the same reason. If a client wants to add other additives, they can. But you wouldn't want to pay more for something that is already good enough. So... Edencrete is very cost effective.

They have the funds, the expertise, the resources, the product, the market and the will. We just need a little faith and patience.
