Perhaps knowing how much documentation is involved in completing this type of transaction and where the other party is based the release may actually have been forwarded to the market at the earliest posisble time???
People need to spend more time learning about the assets than being concerned about others. We all know the profit takers are the ones that get the shares at a premium during capital raising so that isnt going to change in any future we will see. EDM has great assets and a good spread of them which to me certainly looks very good for the future. Baita is a small copper producing mine suffering from a lack of capital for many years and consequently is very run down. If you are in for the long haul welcome aboard with the rest of us, but if you are in for a short run hope you bought at the right price.
