i could go on and on but what they have done to EM1 is the same as a biotech company who have a wonder drug in the pipeline and all off a sudden it is suspended from trading 3 weeks before results are due so all holders are trapped and have to wait on results. its then a binary result.

same example is an oil and gas driller who is 3 weeks from reaching target and then ASX suspends trading and everyone is trapped based on drill results.

same example is gold driller who say results will be due in 3 weeks then ASX suspend and everyone is trapped waiting on drill results.

we all could go on with other examples. the fact is this should never have been suspended based purely on a pathetic article from market herald and then downramped by fake IDs on hot copper. HC should be ashamed of itself for what it has done to the very people who support this chat line.

is the ASX going to suspend every company now based on an article from a HC journo. its a sad day for investing when this happens.

the spec end of the market is screwed if this is how the ASX will operate going forward.

its a disgrace what has happened here as i said the worst abuse of market power ive seen.
