If OMs scenario does present itself this could be a way to force holders in to converting.

Then the Mandate for the option conversion would come into play

I thought it strange when i spoke to Adam about the Mandate he said it was to help those that could not afford to convert ( the penny is beginning to drop }

Those that could not afford to convert would sell to Platinum road who would then convert that option and in doing so would give the company the cash flow required with all other conversions to move the company forward.

Personally i would find this a bit harsh, don't like being railroaded into anything

I chose to buy up the last issue knowing full well my money was lost, but wanted to be in the reissue, Management would do well to remember that officially they had no right to be in the reissue it was the SH that voted the acceptance for them to issue the extra 350mil they so requested in the re issue THEY LOST NOTHING.

I will say one thing about the FOZ he does not miss a trick, perhaps thats why platinum road have cashed their 25mil holding in the OAs, obviously no intention of converting did they Hmm
