Tiger, just for interest sake, the Irish index has fallen @ 80% from its peak. Two years ago they had more wealth per capita than the US and now look where they are. Property has fallen about 30% also. They are pretty stuffed.
Unfortunately, I think it is very possible that the dow could drop much further. Scary times.
