No one is going to take over FMG, with its current financials. No chance in the world. You don't take
someone over that has that much debt. Because the person taking them over, inherests that debt also. They want companies that are debt free and plentiful in cash and if possible cheap. Two very high chances of being taken over are BCI and MGX. I am suprised there has been no interest yet. Or maybe there has been, but the market is keeping it quite fore now. Either way there are better one to be taken over. Cheers.
