The short position in FMG has increased from 5.2MM shares as at 08/08 to 7.3MM as at 10/08. This means that there is still shorting happening in the stock even though the mgt did come out with a statement that the beneficiaries would not be shorting the stock.
So I don't know if Harbinger has called its stock back or not as of now.
