Interesting that the Premier himself has kept the door ajar for a major to increase capacity at Port Headland should they be successful in a takeover bid. This is quite massive news for Atlas as that comment alone increases Atlas' prospective value of its capacity at Port Headland. Extremely positive development

Ship might come in for new Atlas owner
The West Australian Government is adopting a wait-and-see approach on the battle for Atlas Iron and how it will affect the policy of reserving port space for junior iron ore miners.
However, Premier Mark McGowan has declined to rule out a compromise on quarantining capacity at Port Hedland if an iron ore major emerges as the new owner.
