The principal activity of Grandbridge is the development of companies, products and services within the private and public equity markets of Australia, USA, Europe and Asia. Grandbridge also provides corporate advisory services to a select group of private and publicly listed companies.
Former Names
E-Shares Corporation Limited (ESH), 30/12/2002.
E-Shares floated at $1.00 per share in 1999 then changed name to Grandbridge

Unless I am mistaken, it will have to do a capital raise quick smart or it will have problems with its auditors.
