Where did I say 2018 at the earliest? I believe the Wilmington plant could be operational by mid to late 2016, possibly earlier if fast-tracked?

Paducah could be out as far as 2019 to 2020 though, because the first thing they need is a contract signed with the DoE on prices then they need to apply for a license which could take three years or more? it could then take a further year or more to build the plant, it is a smaller plant, so it may take less time than it took to build Wilmington? but there are some aspects that are already in place at Paducah so that will save time.

I take my investments "VERY" seriously and I don't drink the cool aid that you alluded to either, thank you very much.
