Seems to me there is no point in having the GM to roll the board.
S249D proposal was to dismiss Trevor Allen, Bert and Fields.
then appoint two new directors of Lude and Tarratt.
But now of course the 3 directors who it was proposed to be replaced - have left!!
so proposed Resolutions are not now valid.
hence no point in calling meeting?
