Yes, fair comment. I thought I had said this earlier but evidently not. In the original Glencore announcement thread I just mused aloud whether a condition precedent would be Galan raising equity to shore up their own working capital requirements.It all depends how quickly they can organise some Glencore troops to get to HMW. On 9th January Galan said "Glencore site visit being planned as part of due diligence". So until that happens (hopefully we see photos of it on Twitter), no binding agreement till after that.
