    Not having a go but the accounting definition of fair value is considered to be

    fair value as the price that would be received to sell an asset or paid to transfer a liability in an orderly transaction between market participants at the measurement date

    6.68 is currently 'fair value'...

    Sorry to see the carnage here, hopefully its a good announcement for the holders in the next few days.
