IMO...BAL ha supply agreement with TATURA(BEGA) and FONTERRA...RAIN HAIL or SHINE they have to pay for this increase supply....They therefore have a massive inventory build up which keeps growing....they have to sell at discount prices and still can't keep up with the supply agreements....This will lead to massive right down of stock and a continued massive drain on finances...
They overshot the demand curve big time with too much supply...
MASSIVE RIGHT DOWN OF INVENTORY coming at the very least...
I sold out but unfortunately still hold in my super fund
I did well out of BAL but got kicked in the cahoonas on the 2nd Dec BIG TIME
