look at the pink bars (volume?). If you attempt to correlate this with the 'cross over' to negative momentum you will note a stark difference between the current circumstance and previous ones.

My point is that previous negative momentum, according to this chart, was preceded by positive pink bars. In this case there has been a sustained period of negative pink bars (I feel like I'm going pink ....)

I feel there is a change in momentum coming, away from the current trend. The chart suggests to me that positive momentum will resume. That's how I read it.
