With 80Million+ Shares changing hands over the past 6 weeks, along with a 258% Increase in Share Price since the beginning of its recent uptrend that began on 24th Nov 2008, one would suggest there's a lot more substance to Friday's Announcement of "Letter on intent", to its J/V with Uranium One, than meets the eye :) Short Term target price of 8cents+ is a real possibility.
Also lets not overlook, BLR also currently have in place a J/V with Uranerz within its Cyclone & Eagle ISL Wyoming Projects ~~ Shallow Depth 20 - 70 Mtrs below surface Resource, & their 2,700 Acres at Keota, to which currently awaits permits to begin drilling !!
