Oopeek- I suspect you are close to the truth and that is disconcerting. The whole flawed system stinks and I personally will NEVER invest in a company run by these directors and Collier again. On putting these sorts of issues to Collier you receive no reply to your email.
Who was the person a year ago saying that shareholders and the SP have over reacted negatively to the news of FDAs response letter? Who said that they would sort it out quickly?
This guy is incompetent in my opinion and careless with the truth.
Shareholders were warned NOT to approve Colliers options- but as OOPeek says- the deal was done. Very transparent.
As a long term shareholder who supported the Co and so has CXSOA options I am angry with this management. I have said it before- and to the company to no avail- this management cares nilch about retail shareholders- we are for fleecing.
I have owned for 8 years.
