They had some serious financial issues and had a soaring debt. The needed to raise funds and clear debt and to do this they recently diluted existing shareholders into oblivion.
Note that we are still suspended from trading. Thread carefully even if trading resumes as I believe that they will consolidate(Reverse Split) at some point.
Of course there's still a chance they can turn things around but they have a long road ahead for that to happen.
