    GRY has Over 15m shares in PIR ("strategic investment")

    Both are west African gold plays

    Both are of similar market cap

    Merged entity would mitigate country risk to a degree

    Merged entity would become a major gold play in west Africa



    I'm struggling to see any downside.

    PS....interested in exploring this idea, as a current GRY shareholder, and a former PIR shareholder.
