    Have to agree with the consensus. This is a marriage that most holders would endorse. Given the close ties and apparent compatibility in upper management I'd give this outcome a 80/20 possibility. The fly in this nuptial ointment is the Chinese. If GRY get an eastern offer, you heard it here first. Scoring guidelines: Merger 5 TU, Takeover 3 TU, Buyout 7 TU.
