It's a combination of both.
IMHO Aussie hopefuls, and overseas producers, are, overpriced, and GXY is undervalued because it is being relentlessly shorted on an almost daily basis by the those with buckets of borrowed shares, and money to spend, because, they are certain, that GXY, based on its FA, is simply the closest thing available on the ASX to being a $$$$$$$ printing machine, with the on-going passage of time.
