Hey Warnie, there is a group of us that have given more accurate predictions for the property market for the past 5 years or more on this site......
maybe we should group together and set up a web site....and charge subscribers for our predictions... which would be more accurate than all the others that have been ranting for years....
uh oh, look at this....now the commentators etc are not so sure about the next rate rise....
last week they were screaming for another rate hike...because unemployment had not deteriorated.... what a joke....what insanity.....3 rate rises that should ensure people lose their jobs.....and they want more rate rises... are the bankings paying these commentators to sprout this rubbish....since only the banks stand to gain from the rate rises....
