Market Cap you'd say yes as adjusted for inflation the potential to get 2.6B market cap is reasonably there. That would be about $1.50ish a share from memory.
Price is tougher to see, as $4.10 sale price would be approx $8B sale. It's been done before on established plays, but I can't see it occurring at this stage.
