We signed a contract on a home a week ago so no crash talk please lol , building and pest inspection gets done today and its the last day of our 5 day cooling off period to pull out of contract, but I feel we got the property at a very good price compared to others in area so reasonably confidant we can sell in 3 years ( actually a stressed mess) and go retire to northern rivers NSW.
