I’m not usually critical but the phone thing last week was freakin unbelievable! I phoned up to talk to Nick and left a message with the lady who answered the phone, my call wasn’t returned. I rang back only to get the number unavailable message. Sent an email which also went unanswered. Which one of them is running the day to day ship?! The technical guys deserve better than this and so do we as shareholders!!!!!!!!
