    This dog I bought 40000 in 2005. In 2009 with 1:50 share consolidation it became 800. Does this mean that I am now a minority shareholder and they will acquire compulsorily at .70cents? I am voting NO but if big majority share holders votes YES and resolution passes, do I have to surrender my 800 shares?
