This is ridiculous... I do not want to sell. Do you know that I paid $9800 to buy 40,000shares originally in 2005 when Ch7 came out with some rosy scheme... Then consolidation 1:50 came and share values ($9800/800shares = 12.25 a share) got diluted. Compare to that .70cents is nothing. Why should I sell them at a loss of $9200....
May be consolidation last year 2009 was a conspiracy and intentional to dilute the capital!!
What is the recourse for me and like minority share holders?
