    My wife works in a call centre (well, from home actually) for a major health insurer.
    They originally outsourced it OS but got so many complaints - and possibly membership churn - that they brought it back to Australia.
    Then COVID and work from home came along.
    And so it's been ever since.
    Not sure how many ESL workers they have - though I suspect a minority.
