the answer was to pay Australians a decent wage in call centres rather than ship off services to foreign countries

paying them decent wages is not the problem. they already get that. its the fact that they can go overseas, usually the phillippines or india, where the days wage is a bowl of rice.

paying australians more isnt the answer. nor is paying them less btw.
