It's actually very positive language if the Tianqui transaction is a benchmark.
I back it up with my faith in their delivery. It's what I bought the share for. They don't drop the ball in key decisions*.
Admittedly more possible for companies smaller than the top tier like Bhp or RIO. IMVHO
* Although some are still trying to say they paid too much for Nova- Bollinger.
