Hmmm deep breath - uggh - Every 3 months - someone mentions consolidation and then the conversation goes on for a few weeks. Should we? shouldn't we? Pros/cons. People arguing for it and those against.
However IMU management have mentioned that consolidation is of no interest, it is not on the cards. At least this was mentioned at the last roadshow.
Of course you'all can keep talking about consolation - but it is all theoretical and not really helpful since this is not the path of this stock...
Nasdaq listing
IN terms of Nasdaq listing, you may remember (but just to remind everyone). Nasdaq listing is a consideration (down the track), however it would only be after a significant announcement. The process would follow ADR and would not affect the price on the ASX or number of shares etc.
