It may apsark a short term rally, but the AGM season is almost upon us. We will start to see profit downgrades appear now, so market needs to brace for more sell off.
Also, we will need more rate cust before we are out of the woods. Long term, rates should head down to 6.5% mark. This time I will lock in my home loan rate around this mark
