We need a lawyer who is across the Corporations Act. If, If there has been inappropriate conduct leading to the issue of the Performance Shares, it may require a Court action instigated by ASIC something along the lines of misleading or deceptive conduct which is could be an action under the Corporations Act. The Courts maybe able to direct the shares be cancelled. We need a lawyer to clarify.
