I know I shouldnt but I keep reading the argument that the 4 conditions set even if met didnt guarantee re-statement. Ok then, if not why not. Why did KL make the comments that ISX would never be re-listed on the ASX and then in the same breath accept listing fees from ISX to remain on the bourse. To accept monies under that guise amounts to fraud - gaining a benefit through deception.
